Get Pre-Approved
We’ve taken the time to find local lenders that specialize in financing new homes so you don’t have to.
Whether you prefer to meet them on-site or speak with them over the phone, our preferred loan officers are available to help you figure out the loan amount you qualify for and what loan options would best fit your situation.
Choose Your New Home!
Now that you’re pre-approved, our new home sales team will help you pick your future new home. We usually have homes in different stages of construction.
Our team will present you with options that align with your budget, lifestyle, and timeline—all you have to do is choose!
Purchase Agreement
When you’re ready, our sales team will go over the purchase agreement with you, and
provide relevant information and disclosures for your review.
Upon mutual acceptance of the purchase agreement, our team will work with you to maintain a smooth process, complete any additional documentation needed, and keep you informed of applicable timelines.
We Build It, You Make It Home
Depending on the construction stage, numerous options and upgrades can be added to enhance your new home.
Personalize your residence by selecting from our designer-curated color packages, and further tailor your home with available upgrade options.
New Home Orientation
As the home nears completion, our customer care team will arrange an on-site meeting with you to introduce you to your new home.
They will detail your home’s features and specifics, offering an overview of our dependable warranty, customer service, future expectations and maintenance responsibilities.
Dot The I’s & Cross The T’s
Once your home is completed, it’s time to finalize your closing documents. Then our customer care team will conduct another on-site meeting to walk-through the home with you, and verify that everything is
ready for you to move-in.
Welcome Home!
After the successful closing of your purchase, we will hand over the keys to your new home and welcome you to the neighborhood! Our customer care team will reach out around 30 days from closing to ensure everything is going well with your new home.
